For centuries, Homo Sapiens have decorated their bodies relating to wealth, status, cultural and sexual beliefs.

It is fascinating to trace this through time – to see how traditions have changed- also how it remained unchanged.

The art of body decoration is primitive, individual, & diverse. Versier will be a body of work that encompasses the

story of body decoration through the ages, and also explore the impact that it still holds on today’s society.

Versier was opened on the 12th of May and includes work by Warren Moses, Lehlogonolo Mashaba, Hein Botha, Leslie Stuart,

Francois Tiran, Wilhelm Vincent, Yoko Reijn, Susqya Williams and Ivan Lupi.
