die mites en legendes van die Karoo, en Afrika. Dis sigbaar in KhoiSan rotstekeninge wat eeu-oue stories van Mami Wata en die Reënbul vertel ;

A meander through the Karoo might become an ancient journey. Far and wide are signs and remnants of our predecessors and the lives they lived - the myths and legends of the Karoo, and Africa.

Evident in KhoiSan rock paintings that retell the age-old stories of Mami Wata and the rain bull; in the rock layers of cleft gorges, it's palpable in the vibrations and in the atmosphere;

audible in the stories of the local people. Do not forget the ghost stories; haunted train tracks, a witches curse and the ghost girl from Uniondale.
